At MuscleD-IN Nutrition, we believe your fitness journey should never have to wait. Every order — whether it's our whey protein, mass gainer, pre-workout, BCAA, or multivitamin — is packed with care and dispatched as fast as possible so you can stay consistent with your goals.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) on any business day (Monday to Saturday) are processed and dispatched on the same day or the very next business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are picked up on the next working day.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS along with your tracking details.
2. Delivery Timeline
We deliver across India within 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Deliveries to remote, rural, or North-East India locations may take up to 4–6 business days depending on your area and courier coverage.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by national holidays, extreme weather, high-demand sale periods, or courier delays outside our control.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery on select pincodes across India for your convenience. To check COD availability at your location, simply enter your pincode at checkout.
4. Serviceable Pincodes
We ship to most pincodes across India through our trusted logistics partners. To check serviceability, enter your delivery address at checkout. If your pincode is currently not covered, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a unique tracking ID will be shared with you via email and SMS. You can use this ID on the courier partner's website to track your package in real time.

6. Packaging & Product Safety
Every MuscleD-IN Nutrition product is packed in sturdy, tamper-proof packaging designed to protect your supplements from moisture, pressure damage, and seal tampering during transit. We take great care to ensure your order arrives exactly as it left our warehouse — sealed, safe, and ready to use.
If you receive a package that looks damaged, broken, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and report it to us immediately at dbtraders2019@gmail.com or 93540-61669 within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.
7. Partial Shipments
In rare cases where an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we may ship your order in multiple packages. Each package will have its own tracking number. No extra charges will be applied for split deliveries.
8. Failed Delivery & Re-Attempt Policy
Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If both attempts fail due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to our warehouse. A re-shipping request can be raised by contacting our support team.
To avoid delays, please make sure your delivery address, landmark, and contact number are correct when placing your order.
