At MuscleD-IN Nutrition, we pour our heart into every product we create — from our high-quality whey protein and mass gainers to our pre-workouts, BCAAs, multivitamins, and fish oil supplements. Every order that leaves our warehouse is carefully packed, quality-checked, and sealed to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

We understand how important it is for fitness enthusiasts and athletes to receive exactly what they ordered — the right product, in the right condition, on time. That is why we have a clear and fair Refund & Return Policy in place so that in the rare event something goes wrong, you know exactly what to do and what to expect from us.

1. Our Return Philosophy

We believe in keeping things simple and honest. MuscleD-IN Nutrition does not charge you for our mistakes. If we sent you the wrong product or if your order arrived damaged, we take full responsibility and will resolve it promptly — either through an exchange or a full refund.

However, since our products are consumable health supplements, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, flavour preference, or ordering errors made by the customer. This policy exists to maintain the safety, hygiene, and quality standards of every product we sell.


2. When Are Returns & Refunds Accepted?

We accept return, refund, and exchange requests only under the following two conditions:

Wrong Item Delivered — You received a product that is different from what you originally ordered. This includes receiving the wrong flavour, wrong variant, wrong size, or a completely different product altogether.

Damaged Item Received — Your product arrived in a physically damaged condition — such as a broken container, cracked seal, leaking pouch, or tampered packaging — where the damage was clearly caused during transit and not due to any mishandling after delivery.

We do our best to ensure every order is dispatched correctly and packed securely. But if either of the above situations occurs, we sincerely apologise and assure you that we will resolve it without any hassle.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be accepted for any reason other than the two conditions mentioned above.


3. Return & Exchange Request Timeline — 3 Days Only

Time is important when it comes to reporting delivery issues, which is why we have set a clear and firm timeline for all return and exchange requests.

All requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.

The 3-day window begins from the exact day your order is marked as delivered by the courier partner — not from the day you open the package, not from the day you first use the product, and not from the day you notice an issue later.

No return, refund, or exchange request will be accepted or processed after 3 days of delivery, under any circumstances, without any exceptions.

This strict timeline exists because supplement products are time-sensitive consumables and we must be able to verify claims promptly. We strongly recommend inspecting your order thoroughly on the same day it is delivered. Check the product name, flavour, variant, seal condition, and packaging before signing off on the delivery or before the delivery executive leaves.


4. Exchange Policy

If you received a wrong product or a damaged product, you have the option to request an exchange within 3 days of delivery instead of a refund.

Once your exchange request is raised and approved by our support team, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the incorrect or damaged product from your doorstep at absolutely no cost to you. After the returned product is received at our warehouse and verified by our quality team, we will dispatch the correct replacement product to your delivery address as quickly as possible.

Please note that the exchange will only be initiated after the original product has been successfully picked up and inspected. The replacement product dispatched will be the exact item you originally ordered.


5. Refund Process

If you prefer a refund over an exchange, we completely understand. Once your return request is approved and the product is picked up and verified by our team, your refund will be processed within 3–4 business days.

The refund amount will be credited directly to your bank account. Our support team will reach out to collect your bank account details or UPI ID at the time of processing your refund. Please ensure you provide accurate account information to avoid any delays.

We do not hold refunds unnecessarily. Once the returned product clears our verification process, your money is sent back to you as quickly as possible.


6. How to Raise a Return, Refund, or Exchange Request

Raising a request is simple. Just follow these steps within 3 days of your delivery date:

Step 2 — Share the Required Details To process your request quickly, please have the following ready:

  • Your order number
  • Your registered name and contact number
  • Clear photographs or a short unboxing video showing the wrong or damaged product
  • A photo of the outer packaging and the shipping label

Step 3 — Await Confirmation Our support team will review your request and supporting evidence within 24 to 48 hours and inform you whether your return or exchange has been approved.

Step 4 — Reverse Pickup & Resolution If your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. Once the product is received and verified at our end, your exchange will be dispatched or your refund will be initiated within 3–4 business days.

We highly recommend recording a short unboxing video when you receive any order from us. This helps us resolve your request faster and without any back and forth.


7. Conditions for a Valid Return

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

  • The request must be raised within 3 days of the delivery date
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return reason must strictly be either a wrong item delivered or a damaged item received
  • Clear photos or an unboxing video must be submitted as proof at the time of raising the request
  • The outer packaging, seal, and shipping label must be intact and available for verification

If any of the above conditions are not met, MuscleD-IN Nutrition reserves the right to reject the return or refund request.


8. Non-Returnable Situations

To maintain transparency, here is a clear list of situations where returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be processed:

  • Return request raised after 3 days of delivery
  • Change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with taste or flavour
  • Wrong product or wrong flavour ordered by the customer by mistake
  • Minor cosmetic dents, scratches, or scuff marks on outer packaging that do not affect the product quality or seal inside
  • Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or used in any form
  • Damage caused due to improper storage or mishandling by the customer after delivery
  • Missing invoice or refusal to share proof of damage or wrong delivery
